Noblesville – Kenneth Servies, 58, a native of Crawfordsville suffered a fatal heart attack while driving to work Friday morning. Mr. Servies was born Feb 9 1911 in Crawfordsville to Charles and Carol Stevens Servies. He was married to Barbara Heaton. Mr. Servies was a test man for bell Telephone Co. He had live din Noblesville for about 40 years and had worked for the telephone company about 37. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Noblesville, the Elks Lodge of Noblesville and Telephone Pioneer’s of America. He served in the US Army during WWII. Survivors include his widow, Barbara; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Servies of Noblesville; one daughter, Mrs. Daniel Susie of Dallas, Tex and one brother, Robert of Groton, NY. Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday by Rev. JE McCoy in the Evans-Godfroy Trout Funeral Home of Noblesville. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1p.m. Saturday. The family has asked the donations be made of the Heart Fund in lieu of flowers.
